One system for the entire event operation. Registration, ticketing, attendee communication, check-in, and attendance intelligence, connected end to end. Tickets are signed digital identities, delivered over Email and WhatsApp, verified in real time at the door.

Set up events in a guided flow and define ticket tiers with their own capacity, pricing, and validity windows. Duplicate a recurring event and change what's different, rather than rebuilding it.

Ticket Designer

Design tickets visually — from a template or your own artwork — with dynamic attendee fields and a signed QR code on every ticket issued.

Guest lists

Import thousands of attendees from a spreadsheet with validation and conflict resolution, or add them by hand. Segment, filter, and track the status of every record.

Ticket distribution

Deliver tickets over Email and WhatsApp — no attachments, just a secure personal link with wallet support. Track delivered, opened, and failed per recipient, and resend in a click.

Real-time check-in

A check-in tool built for the door: valid, duplicate, or invalid in under a second, with Ticket ID lookup as a fallback and a live dashboard for organizers.

Reports & attendance intelligence

Attendance by hour and by day, ticket usage and revenue by tier, guest status breakdowns — on screen, exportable, or delivered as a complete report.

Why we exist

Too many businesses still run their core operations on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual coordination. The result is familiar: duplicated effort, information that's already stale, and no single account of what actually happened. It holds at ten records and falls apart at ten thousand.

MindPair Labs builds software that turns fragmented operations into reliable systems — one live source of truth, with verification and a complete audit trail built in.

EventHelm is where we started. It runs the operational layer of an event: every ticket a signed digital identity, every message tracked, every scan updating the organizer's view in real time. It's the first of several products. UpwardMetric, a B2B marketing growth product, is already on the roadmap, and more operational categories will follow.

How we think

Operations are systems. They deserve software that behaves like one — current, verifiable, and honest about the present state of things.

Trust is earned in the details. A scan that resolves in a second, a ticket that arrives where it should, a report that reconciles exactly. Reliability in small moments is the entire product.

One system beats many tools. The same platform should serve a fifty-person workshop and a fifty-thousand-person exhibition without changing how it works.
