A mobile scanner built for the door: valid, duplicate, or invalid in under a second, with Ticket ID lookup as a fallback and a live organizer dashboard.

Our story

MindPair Labs was founded on a simple observation: the software running live events hasn't kept up with the events themselves. Organizers juggle a ticketing tool, a spreadsheet of guests, a messaging app, a scanning app, and a reporting tool — none of which talk to each other. When ten thousand people are walking through the doors, that fragmentation turns into fraud, queues, and guesswork.

We started with EventHelm, our answer to that problem: a single operating system where every ticket is a secure digital identity, every message is tracked, and every scan updates the organizer's picture in real time.

The name reflects how we work. Every product decision at MindPair is made in pairs — design with engineering, ambition with evidence, speed with care.

What we believe

Events are living systems. They deserve software that behaves like one — observable, responsive, and honest about what's happening right now.

Trust is earned in milliseconds. A scan at the door, a ticket arriving on WhatsApp, a report that reconciles to the rupee — reliability in small moments is the whole product.

Simple scales. The same platform should serve a 50-person workshop and a 50,000-person exhibition without changing how it feels to use.
